I have released qtest version 1.3.  The only change in this version
from version 1.2 is that strings containing <, >, &, and " are
properly encoded when they appear in xml attributes in
qtest-results.xml.  Previous versions properly encoded data that
appeared in element contents but not in attribute values.  Thanks to
Vitaliy Pavlyuk for pointing out the error.

Version 1.2 was released on June 30, 2008, but I never announced it.
There were no functionality changes, but I fixed a few problems that
make qtest work better with perl 5.10 and also on a system whose
/bin/sh was not bash.
